I.U.P.A. Research Department
The I.U.P.A. Research Department was created in the 1990s for one reason: To provide high-quality research for affiliated unions. Since then, the department has researched a myriad of issues ranging from physical fitness standards to shift schedules, in addition to many wage and benefit studies. Whether it's an information request on an issue concerning the law enforcement or labor community, or a detailed wage and benefit study comparing wildlife officers' wages with comparable departments, the Research Department works solely for the members and is not affiliated with any other organization.
This research service is available to all member unions.
The Research Department also publishes the Police Union News newsletter. Articles and past issues of the PUN can be read here.
