    Semester 2
    Human Side of Organizations (3 credits, weeks 21-25), Organizational Theory (3 credits, weeks 26-30), Organization Effectiveness: Understanding Performance (3 credits, weeks 31-35), Quality Systems & Organizational Performance (3 credits, weeks 36-40)

    Semester 3
    Strategic Thinking (3 credits, weeks 41-45), Business Research Methods (3 credits, weeks 46-50), Project Research: Applications and Methods (3 credits, weeks 51-55), Program Research Project and Presentation (3 credits, weeks 56-60)
